15 Nov Vantage Towers AG: Halbjahresergebnisse GJ 2021/22
Today, Vantage Towers AG presented its financial results for the first half of FY 2021/22 ending 30 September 2021. We have delivered on our commitments as a commercially-minded and independent TowerCo: Group revenue (excluding pass-through revenue) grew by 2.5% vs. H1 FY 2020/21 pro forma to €494 million, while EBITDAaL increased slightly by 0.8% to €268 million with a stable EBITDAaL margin of 54%. We successfully continued the commercialisation of our tower footprint. In the first half of FY 2021/22, we recorded a net increase of 570 tenancies with an improved overall tenancy ratio of 1.42x at the end of the period.
Overall, we remain well on track. Vantage Towers has increased the guidance for recurring free cash flow to 405m – 415m EUR and reaffirms the remaining financial key performance metrics of the full-year guidance as well as the medium-term targets.
